    Create a logon and setup a Safety Account to report safety concerns or close calls and stay connected to Capital Metro's System Safety Team. You will be able to check the status and how the concern has been addressed.
  2. Anonymous
    You can also Submit the Safety form without an account. However, you will not be able to track the response or status of your concerns.
  3. You can also
    Use the "Safety Reporting" Hotline at (512) 852-SAFE. This hotline provides a way for you to leave a message anonymously, if you decide to skip leaving your contact information. Messages will be reviewed within 24 business hours.
